March 15th, 2010

I have this ring and it is a one of a kind crafts rather than a craftsman. In any case, I think it look great with a few small diamonds in it. Is there such a thing as a sodering (spelling) rifle that I am a part of it can melt and keep a diamond in it? Pardon my ignorance about jewelry making, but I have no idea! Does anyone make silver rings? So, where is a good place on the web to buy supplies is such a thing and do another unique jewelry? Thank you!

Diamonds are faceted stones, they sparkle because light shines through them. If you place it in metal and cover the back, it really does not shine. If you are looking for jewelry with precious stones in it, they are in a so-called “pen” device done, so that the light passing through it, you want to learn about the wird.Wenn seriously, take some night classes in jewelry making / metal design. I took them as electives in the school and had a blast. You will learn how to work metals correctly so that you can not destroy the stuff you bought. Either that, or take it to a professional working with your jewelry können.Viel luck!

Your question has several parts. I study jewelry design in Italy for 2 years, so I hope I can make some of the answers to helfen.Schmuck and paving, at least over here, there are two separate areas. One of my teachers worked for over 20 years as a goldsmith, but do not do paving, for example. This might be different where you are, aber.Löten with gas / air, but it is fused to the “glue” pieces together, or different metals with each other to make an alloy. A soldering gun will not work because the heat) (flame must be hot enough pieces together to schweißen.Um a diamond set in a ring requires a setting, as explained earlier writers, so can shine the light, so that the diamond’s sparkle, it . Because of its hardness, diamonds are one of the few stones that can handle the heat, breaking other stones, when a fire to put it on.The are expensive equipment and materials, but if you take it seriously about studying, then I recommend a course for hands-on experience. You should see the major tools needed, such as a laminator, which the metal benches, drills, gas, etc., and flattens the tools you need to get out. The school that I am in the process provides us with silver and precious stones, but not all can tun.Ich hope that helped!
