kay so I have a black dress for my school semi formal. The theme is vintage Hollywood, so red black and white. I have a silver necklace, I thought, put some silver sparkly shadow on my lids, and nothing else in my eyes. I also had bright red lipstick on. I have black heels. Would that look good together? Also, what are some good ideas for hair long black hair? by the way in India, I have a medium to dark skin color.
